Injection molded system.

Manufactured from custom injection molded plastic which cannot colour

fade, crack, swell, shrink or corrode. Encapsulated 'T-Cross' cannot rub

or wear away. The complete system includes; Plastic completion cap,

extruded Aluminium post and anchor bar, universal backing plate, BS

Injection molded Sluice Valve Marker Plate and clip in numbers, letters

and blanks.

British and Din standard size sluice valve marker plates.

Manufactured from blue injection moulded plastic with white

encapsulated T-cross, and commas which can not rub or wear away.

Plastic will not colour fade, crack, swell, shrink or corrode.

The plate displays all the critical information including:

Distance back

Distance right

Nominal diameter

Unique number in your system

Distance left

Valve type

Clip in number system.

The system includes numbers, letters, and blanks. All characters are

permanent and encapsulated which cannot be removed from the front of

the plate.

Peel off, stick on characters.

To be used with our reverse screen printed water and custom designed

plates. A complete range of numbers, letters, arrows and blanks

supplied in sheet form and printed using UV stabilised inks. Each

character is applied to the rear face of the clear window and cannot be

removed from the front.

Aluminium sign post.

Extruded high tensile aluminium post with anchor bar and completion

cap. Available in plain mill finish, white, blue or yellow powder coat

finish. Aluminium post. (1m x 50mm dia).

Standard stock and custom Sign Plates.

Reversed printed standard stock and customised valve sign plates- any

colour, any logo, any message. Printed on clear non yellowing clear

polycarbonate, resistant to all weather conditions and vandals, critical

information cannot rub or wear away. All windows can be manufactured

to support our Vinyl numbers, letters, arrows, and decimal points. All

sign plates are manufactured to B.S.3251 sizes c/w slots.

Schematic sign plates.

Reversed printed schematic sign plates which can be customised- any

colour, any logo, any message. All produced from an individual artwork

to any specification. Reverse printed on clear polycarbonate, resistant to

all weather conditions, vandals, cannot rub or  wear away. All sign

plates are manufactured with conventional fixing slots for B.S. concrete

posts. (B.S.3251)

Outdoor Marker paint. 

(For the identification of hydrant valves).

Long lasting and U.V. stabilised outdoor marker paint,  for the painting of

valve lids and valve signposts.  Available in 600ml or 750ml aerosol

cans and also available in 5 litre cans for brush application.

Custom valve tagging systems.

We can manufacture custom engravings to your own specification or use

reverse screen printed polycarbonate to create a unique system. We

also stock a variety of slide in profiles which can be used as quick and

easy on site tagging system.
